Property
Our vast experience in this area means we are the trusted choice for many exciting ventures – from the innovative delivery of timely, cost-effective hotel projects in Asia, to the consolidation of more than 30 separate business areas into Barclays Bank’s 650,000sq ft headquarters at Canary Wharf. We are also the preferred bidder for the regeneration of the Greenwich Peninsula.

Infrastructure
Our pioneering Infrastructure division is currently working on three of the most advanced Train Control Systems projects on the European Rail Network, and with nine out of the 10 water plcs in England and Wales. We’re also responsible for producing annual highway valuations for the entire strategic road network in the UK, amounting to nearly £100 billion.

The public sector continues to diversify, and as such we’re experiencing rapid growth, with more than £1 million of new business arriving each week over the past year alone. Clients we’ve recently applied our expertise to include schools, the health service in Northern Ireland, and Poland’s General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways (GDDKIA) – helping them to drive efficiency and deliver real improvements to their stakeholders.

Industrial
With continuing pressure on industry to reduce costs, it’s becoming increasingly common for organisations to move from fixed to variable expenditure through partnering and outsourcing. This is especially true in Pharmaceuticals, where ‘speed to market’ remains the single biggest driver. We’re also currently helping a major international oil producer to improve supply chain productivity, generating millions of pounds worth of savings.
