If I am called for interview how should I prepare?
In general, ensure that you understand the requirements of the job and can demonstrate relevant experience. Dependent on the role, you may be required to perfom a test. You will be notified in advance should this be the case.
Do you hire non-EU residents?
EC Harris operate across the globe and welcome applications from the best people wherever they are based. However, you must meet whatever criteria is relevant to the job's location to legally take up a position of employment.
How long after I apply should I expect to hear from you?
We will contact you within three weeks of receiving your application.
What if I am interested in your graduate programme but do not have a construction related degree?
We actively encourage outstanding candidates from non-construction related degree disciplines who are interested in undertaking conversion courses funded and supported by EC Harris.
If you do not hold a construction related, accredited degree, EC Harris will fully support you both financially and practically through the required conversion course. This will be either a Post Graduate Diploma or an MSc course and will be studied on a Day Release or Distance Learning basis.
